About Me	I was never popular in high school. I was quiet and shy and was wired and born that way. I was awarded a plague by the dean of boys, Mr. Messer, on awards day in my senior year at Raines High School for perfect attendance and good behavior. I never received a referral throughout school from the 1st grade to the 12th grade. Always worked during the summer to buy my own school cloths. During elementary school, I use to sell the local Florida Star newspaper for the black community for 25 cents a piece; during junior high school at Northwestern, I had my own paper route for the Florida Times-Union local city newspaper; and I was also a boy scout. I use to practice my trumpet every day after school no matter how late it was so that I could have a strong sound and hit the high notes the next day after attending marching or concert band practice in the morning, attending band class during the day, attending marching or concert band practice in the afternoon, and then finally, after attending stage band practice all in one day.
