About Me	After graduation I headed to Southern Illinois University where I graduated Cum Laude in May of 2007 with a Bachelors in Graphic Design, minor in Art History, Business Communications and Photography. While in school I worked my butt of with 2-4 jobs at a time to pay for school. During school I was an RA, took boxing classes and traveled to over 12 countries. I also had a serious boyfriend from my freshman year till the beginning of my senior. My senior year I started dating Keith. After college I moved to Saint Louis Missouri where I worked as a Graphic Designer for an outdoor bag company designing for companies such as Bass Pro, Cabela's, Academy, HideAway, Remington, RedHead and National Geographic. While working I went back to night school to get a degree in Web Design & Computer Programing from University of Missouri - Saint Louis. In the fall of 2008. I resigned from my job to start my own company called TriLeaf Designs. In August of 2008 Keith, who is a Physical Therapist, and I were engaged. We were married in January of 2010. In May of 2010 we bought a house in O'Fallon Missouri, outside of Saint Louis. In 2012 he went back to school part time to get his Masters in Health Care Management and a second Masters in Business Administration. In 2018 I went through a rigorous 8 month Leadership program through Landmark. The same week that ended, I started my MBA from Wash U. I am the Chairman of the St. Louis Ambassadors Young Ambassadors, President of the 1904 World’s Fair Charitable Foundation Under 40 Organization, on the Advisory Board of the Small Business Institute (Noted as the youngest member to ever serve on the Board), Board Member and Speaker for Women’s Day St. Louis, A mentor for Referral Institute and a Referrals for Life Member, Was a special guest at Wash U to speak to the Entrepreneur Program, Was a special guest at UMSL, DeVry and Rankin to speak to the Web Programming students, Certified Crew Leader Ozark Trail Association, adopted a hiking train in 2012 in which TriLeaf Designs as a company maintains, setup, collected and sent a truck to Oklahoma supporting the victims of the tornado in 2013, actively provides internships for young leaders of tomorrow, activity sponsors a race team for the cure, and volunteers time to mentor and coach upcoming business owners and executives. My passion is to truly see, connect and empower businesses and individuals to find success, enjoyment, and balance in their work and lives. My company was started in 2009 and will celebrated 10 years in business April 2019. While my clients work with my team to create and implement strategies, many hire me directly on a contract basis as their Outsourced Director of Growth and Development. In this role I get an inside look into the company, what is going on, and create a plan to achieve the next big company advancement with ease and grace. My company takes pride in recognizing strengths and using them to create opportunities to take businesses to the next level through Graphic Design, Web Programming, and Marketing Solutions. I am blessed with a very supportive family. We have three kids. Our oldest is a boy named Jacoby who was born in 2015. Following him were two little girls. Rowan was born in 2017 and Danica was born in 2019. I I highly value my kids growing up seeing, and knowing, that anything they want for themselves and their lives is achievable through dedication and a strong commitment with an overtone of love and encouragement.
