Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Evansville, and earned his Master’s Degree from Indiana University. Dan was a longtime member of Crossroads Christian Church where he served as Scoutmaster for their Boys Scout Troop 322. He worked for 16 years at Big Rivers Electric Corporation before serving as president for his own company, AQS (Air Quality Services), which he operated for nearly 23 years.
