Doug Brown, age 63, was a resident of Gurnee, IL for 2 years, formerly of Cary, IL.
Doug was the beloved husband of Andrea; loving father of Suzzane (Vasili Gryfakis) Brown, Darrin and Calvin; cherished grandfather of Elenni.
Doug was born December 22, 1953 in Indianapolis, IN, to the late Amy Stinson and passed away Thursday, July 27, 2017, at home.
Doug was a United States Army Veteran. He was employed at Abbott Labs for 21 years and was an avid golfer.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 2, 2017, from 10:00 am, to time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Kisselburg-Wauconda Funeral Home 235 N. Main St., Wauconda, IL 60084.
Interment with military honors will follow at Wauconda Cemetery.
