Brian H. O'Connell PALATINE - Brian H. O'Connell, 30, suddenly died March 5, 2017. Born January 19, 1987 in Chicago. He was the son of Pam and the late John O'Connell and brother of Sean and Kevin O'Connell. Brian was funny, kind and thoughtful. He will be greatly missed by his many friends, coworkers, and family members throughout the Chicago area and St. Louis. He will be forever in our hearts. Memorial Visitation Friday from 3 pm until time of Prayers 8 pm at the Meadows Funeral Home, 3615 Kirchoff Road (½ block east of Route 53), Rolling Meadows. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Misericordia, Heart of Mercy Center, 6300 North Ridge Avenue, Chicago, IL 60660. Info, 847-253-0224.
