About Me	James at the World Trade sailing I grew up in a single parent home in Brownsville Brooklyn NY. I became a police officer in 1985, worked undercover narcotics from 1987-1991. Became a gang specialist, youth officer and community affairs officer from 1993-2005, I developed a program that kept thousands of youth from gangs, drugs and prison. The program reduced gang membership 62%. James relocated to NC and founded Life Strategies Solutions Inc. He contracts with the Wake County School system to develop at-risk prevention programs.
