My name is Jim McCutcheon and I work for the Navy at the Submarine Base in Groon, I was recently on the base at Pearl Harbor HI. I found a Wilbur Cross Hall of Fame ring with the name ring with the name Macdowalll on it. I would like to get it back to its owner. Any information would be appriciated.
