About Me	Dumping baggage so I can leave the world as unencumbered as I arrived. Lightening the load and it feels good. I am 72. I don't feel that old, but I am and am aware of my mortality. (I've always had to plan ahead). I recently got medicated for lifelong anxiety disorder (diagnosed myself) and it WORKS!! Should have had it in my umbilicus when I was born. I'm into helping those who cross my path. I'm giving more than I am getting (a good ratio for this time of life), and I am able (pretty much) to stay in the moment.
