About Me	Dumping baggage so I can leave the world as unencumbered as I arrived. Lightening the load and it feels good. I am 72. I don't feel that old, but I am and am aware of my mortality. (I've always had to plan ahead). I recently got medicated for lifelong anxiety disorder (diagnosed myself) and it WORKS!! Should have had it in my umbilicus when I was born. I'm into helping those who cross my path. I'm giving more than I am getting (a good ratio for this time of life), and I am able (pretty much) to stay in the moment. I've managed to ditch the negative things that formed me, forgive (or at least cease thinking about) those who did me wrong and stop worrying about things I have no control over.
