About Me	Presently (for the last 23 years) Sr VP, Chief General Counsel, Operations, Purchasing and HR Manager of Consolidated Engineering Company (CEC) and represent CEC in all legal matters. Negotiating, drafting and reviewing letters of intent, proprietary agreements, licensing agreements, purchase orders, contracts and other legal documents (foreign & domestic). Provide legal risk assessment analysis on all legal documents to assist owners, executive managers, sales individuals, and project managers to protect the company’s interest. Consolidated Engineering Company’s estimated annual sales are $25 to $45 million per year and their focus is on the Heat Treatment of Aluminum Castings for the automotive and aerospace market. CEC’s primary customers are Alcoa, Hydro Aluminum (Daimler foundries), Nemak (Ford & GM foundries), and Superior Industries (automotive wheels).
