Mike died of neglect at The Highlands of Memphis his life vest had a dead battery that had never been changed for the 2 weeks he was in this nursing facility. He was there due to brain damage received during "code blue". He was the proud father of Charles Sweeney 99 and Carol Sweeney 02 of WSHS.
