| About Me | I earned a BA in English Studies from Robert Morris University in 2003. Subsequently, I earned an MA in English Literature from Ohio University in 2005. During that time, and for one year after I graduated, I served as an adjunct professor of English at Ohio University and Ohio Dominican University. In 2006, I began a PhD in American Studies at Purdue University. I also earned a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies. During that time I taught at Purdue in the African American Studies & Research Center and the Women's Studies program.
