Joined the Marine Corps in August of 1978. Went to Boot Camp at Parris Island SC, then stationed at Camp Pendleton as an 81mm Mortar Man. Went to Marine Barracks NAS Jacksonville Florida in January 1979 stayed their until August of 1981. Then transferred to NAS Millington Tenn and went to school their to learn to be an Aircraft Tech. After finishing school in January of 1982 was stationed at MCAS El Toro Calf as a aircraft mechanic with VMFA 314 the Black Knights. I reenlisted for 6 more years in February of 1982. Was injured in a training accident on December 19th 1983 Spent 1 month in the Naval hospital at Long Beach Calf. Was medically discharge with my second honorable discharge on July 31, 1985 after 2 years of physical therapy on my knees. I'm now a disable veteran at 100%. Got got as an E5.

Seriously, Im married and have two kids......Own a home in Philadelphia, NY and am 4 years away from retiring. I earned a degree from SUNY-Canton in Liberal Arts/History, and Im going to pursue a career in teaching, if you can believe that.
