I remember Dan Kesterson when we used to ride the same bus at Beale. He was older so I didn't have much interaction with him, and I don't know if we had the same classes other than PE. He seemed to be a really nice guy. If my memory is correct, I think he had a twin sister? I am sorry to hear of his passing from a construction accident. May he rest in peace.
