Survivors include his parents, Debra Hutchison of Escondido and Paul Pelanek of San Diego; brother, Peter Pelanek of Escondido; and grandparents, Stan and Bev Oney of Elyria, Ohio, and Ladislav Pelanek of the Czech Republic. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, San Marcos Chapel, Allen Bros. Mortuary, 435 N. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at the chapel.
