Lost & Found West Orange High School Class Rings

While cleaning out some theatre costumes at a New Jersey college, a ladies West Orange High School ring (class of 1970) fell out of one of the Elizabethan dresses. Inside the ring are the engraved initials JMS but there is no record of a female student with those initials enrolled at the college during 1970-1974. Can someone fill in any more details as to the association of the ring with the college (and supply the college name) so that I know who is the correct owner?

FOUND: I actually found this ring several years ago ~ late 1980's after we moved to West Orange. Set it aside & forgot about it until I read a recent article about a lost ring being reunited with its owner! This is a gold ring with red stone, found on side walk on Colony Drive East in West Orange. Class of 1977. Initials inscription appear to be "C. M. H." If this could be yours, or if you lost a ring in that area and/or the initials could be similar or upside down, please contact me!
