Reunion for Class of 1968 and friends from other classes
FRIDAY—Homecoming activities include a parade before the game, tailgating, and the football game with a section of seats for our class. More specific details will be forthcoming after school starts and the school committee plans the event. There is no cost for this event. Participants will be able to buy food at the event. There is a classmate social at Houlihans, 25651 Detroit Road in Westlake from 7-11. Class members can do one or both activities and only pay for what they order at each. If someone has a vehicle to use as a float for the parade let us know.
SATURDAY—We will be organizing school tours for our class probably in the morning or early afternoon. Saturday evenings main event is at Wagner’s in Westlake, at 30855 Center Ridge Road from 5:30-10:30. Dinner will be served at 6:30. The event will be held in the West Ballroom and will include a DJ and photo booth. The entrée choices are grilled chicken or gluten free vegetable stir fry. The cost is $25 per person. When you send your check confirming your attendance please state your entree choice.
SUNDAY—Clague cabin has been rented from 11-2 for a light lunch/brunch buffet. Cost is $10 per person. Another chance to talk with classmates and conclude our weekend.
For those needing to stay at a hotel there are many choices and prices in Westlake. On July 31 the prices for October 5 ranged from a low of $62 per night for a Red Roof, $80 for a Hampton, $91 for a Double Tree, $125 for a Courtyard, to $161 for the Hyatt.
Your committee is thankful for all the people who have stepped up to help. We have had 4 classmates donate money to help keep the costs low. Any class member who has an idea to add to our weekend and/or would like to volunteer to help please let us know. If anyone has a projector and screen we have a classmate who is making a Panorama Flash Back slide show for our class that would be shown on it.

Please send a check payable to Debbie Marton (maiden name Hurley) and mail it to her at 9512 State Route 60, Wakeman, Ohio 44889. Please put 1968 Reunion on the memo line. Be sure to state your Saturday dinner preference and what events you will be attending, Friday, Saturday, Sunday or all three. Please send the money soon but no later than SEPTEMBER 15 as we have to give Wagner’s numbers and know how many to plan for each event.
