About Me | And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~ Anais Nin I love to write and have published four books on Goddess spirituality and the Ogham. I am an Adjunct Professor at Ocean Seminary College teaching a wide range of courses in the Department of Neopagan Studies. Additionally, I run the Wild Woman Collective School, an offshoot of the Apple Branch and Her Sacred Cauldron. Years ago I created The Apple Branch--A Dianic Tradition, offering a mentoring program for women who wish to be of service in their communities as priestesses. Another creation is the organization "Global Goddess", an online community of women who are committed to social/eco justice. Our publication is the Global Goddess Oracle. I believe that each of us is our own teacher and with gentle facilitation, we all can "open to possibility" and enjoy life to the fullest. I do this is my own life by having a deep connection to all living things. I have found allies everywhere - on the Earth, in the Sky and in the Sea - in trees, birds, animals and stones. By tapping into my own Sacred Fire I have found joy in sharing with others. Nature is a beautiful teacher and by opening to wisdom from everything around us, we can all connect to the abundance offered to us. I am available to help you in honoring life passages through ceremony such as weddings, handfastings, commitment ceremonies, birthing and naming ceremonies, and memorials for the departed. Favorite Quotes As a bee seeks nectar from all kinds of flowers, seek teachings everywhere; like a deer that finds a quiet place to graze, seek seclusion to digest all you have gathered. Like a madman beyond all limits, go wherever you please, and live like a lion, completely free of all fear. Dzogchen Tantra As Gloria Steinem once said, "The truth will set you free . . . but first it will piss you off." Here's to truth, freedom, and a little righteous anger. And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~ Anais Nin Except for the point, the still point, There would be no dance, and there is only the dance. --T.S. Eliot "Maybe some women aren't meant to be tamed. Maybe they need to run free until they find someone just as wild to run with t...(read more) |
