About Me	I earned an Associates Degree from Columbus State in Surgical Technology while I was working in the bakery at Big Bear. I worked for Riverside as a Surgical Tech for 5 years but developed some medical issues that caused me to change jobs. I fell back on my old trade of decorating cakes and I've been doing them for the last 12 years. I recently took some time off from my job at Denison where I was a baker/cake decorator. I was in charge of the catering and cakes for the university along with other items for the students. I am currently doing cakes and other desserts from home. The name of my "bakery" is DiZurts.
