About	My brother Charles dropped out of Westerville South High School due to peer pressure and he would have graduated with his twin sister Jeanne on june 1979 and he committed Suicide on Sept 18, 1997 He is missed by so many and its sad they didn't take bullying serious back in the late 1970 's
