He was 55,graduated from western and the university of Maryland .He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a certified personal trainer. He was a competiitive handball player and avid golfer. He loved music,dancing,chess and movies.He was a loving father of Marc and Cory Howard.Services were held May and laid to rest at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery.Donations can be made to research for lung disease in non-smokers. Richard 'DICKY/MOUSE' enjoyed everything in life...He was a fun-loving guy and was loved by all.

He was a great dude! He can never not be a US Marine. Semper Fi brother. Dicky was a great, fun loving guy before he ever joined the Corps. That was just icing on the cake.
