Beth passed away in August of 2004 after more than a 5 year fight with skin cancer. She died with her incredible husband and family by her side. She lived her life and especially the last years with more conviction and dedication to her friends, family and students than anyone I have ever known. She was a true inspiration to anyone who was lucky enough to have crossed her path. I miss her everyday but am grateful to have been one of her best friends. She was a true marker on how to live an incredible life even when the odds aren't always in your favor. I know everyone that knew her feels the same way.. Heaven was blessed when she entered.
