About Me	Tantalizingly interesting to a lot of people, my joy is found in sharing happiness, laughter and delight in my fellow human beings. Seven years of networking, building connections and advocating for others brought my skill set to Guaranteed Rate, Inc to work with the local branch as a Marketing Assistant. An opening in our loan processing department became available and I accepted. Although I still assist with marketing and branding upon request, my main focus is assisting our loan processors with documentation verification and revisions. The mortgage industry is about the people who desire funds to purchase or refinance a property and the people who can help make it happen, not just the numbers. Key words, 'people'. Every persons financial history is different. Each person should have the focused attention of a loan officer educated and interested in meeting their unique borrowing needs. Because helping others meet their business and personal goals is a passion of mine, I'm on course to learn all I can about the mortgage industry in order to qualify as a NC loan officer. E-books were new and Kindles were just hitting the market as an "every man's" tool. It was a lot of fun learning how to help someone get their vision on digital paper.
