"Jack" Lancellotta, is the Executive Director of the JAYCEE Education and Library Foundation, a fiscal and organizational public entity that was established in 1990 to enhance the educational, charitable, leadership development, and community action programs of JAYCEES through the time-driven tenets of United States Junior Chamber and related entities. {The United States Junior Chamber (JAYCEES), gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40, the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service and international connections.} The objectives of the JAYCEE Education & Library Foundation provides funding for various programs of the local junior chamber in the areas of program promotions/public relations, charitable/medical causes, educational measures and library services along with the main purpose to cooperatively assist as a purveyor of quality community development. The JAYCEE Education & Library Foundation also aims to fund special Junior Chamber projects organized and managed by the local chapter(s) amd relate entities as the JAYCEE Alumni Club and RI JCI Senate.
