| Favorite School Memory | Lots of memories... drivers' ed class with the simulators and pretending to open Pat N's car door and she'd pretend to open mine... Sr study hall time outside, Mr. Zarzecki's 12th grade English class where I played Jacks sitting on the floor during the last months of school... Not sure who sat with me at times... and I remember all the kindness given me when hobbling around the halls on crutches before and after knee surgery... not having to wear a gymsuit our sr year, and I still smile when I think that I was the last one in the graduating line because last rehearsal my parents had to be on Long Island and they took me with them so my name was not included in the list in the appropriate spot... line was by height, and the person in front of me was way taller than me! and all the times Mrs. Ramsdale drove me home from school when she saw me walking home in the rain... and how I'm...(read more) |
