About	Glen passed away after 9 month in a care center, he had been diagnosed with mild dementia and had become unable to walk without assistance. I was unable to visit him at the center due to Covid from March til his passing, but I was able to see him shortly before he died (I had to gown up, glove and wear a mask). He was on full oxygen and unconscious. I miss him terribly. My address now is 607 Middlebrook Rd., San Marcos, CA 92078….Cell #520-235-4803 He loved telling stories about growing up in West Liberty and playing sports!
