Terry was killed in a car accident. He lived in Mansfield, Ma. at the time of his death. He left his wife, Debbie and a 4 month old son, Eric. Sadly, Eric was also killed in 1995 in a car accident, also. RIP Terry and Eric, you are so missed!!
