About Me	I always hated having to describe myself. I think most classmates would remember me as being a quiet almost timid person. The few close friends I had would probably say differently, however, I have come out of my shell quite a bit in the recent years. I was married a few times over the past 49 yrs. I believe that fact and having to take early retirement at age 59 due to a medical disability has been the biggest life altering change in my lifestyle and personality. I returned to the Iron River area in the spring of 2018 after spending a few yrs moving back and forth from Florida to California to “find” my way as a newly single person. I then settled in the twin cities area for 25 yrs working my way up the ladder for a large HMO company. A 2 month temp assignment turned into a 20+ yr career as an application analyst. I owe a debt of gratitude to my employer for giving me the opportunity grow and learn all aspects of the health care systems and a very diverse population of co-workers. I took great pride in my work being able to assist in providing a more efficient way for the staff in our numerous healthcare facilities and the patients who visited. It was quite an adjustment moving back to our rural area and way of life. By moving back home I was able to assist my younger sister with the care of both parents and treasure the last 5 yrs of their lives. I feel the biggest challenge these days is finding quality medical services that I don’t have to spend a days drive to get to it, My days now exist of caring for my numerous adopted feline beauties and gardening in the summer.
