| About Me | My Journey: Experienced as a performing musical artist, producer, audio mixing engineer, and as a soldier. Served and drafted into the US military service, trained at Fort Polk, Louisiana, Fort Ord, California, then served for a year in the war of Viet Nam, and finished my service at Fort Hood, Texas. Went to work for Hercules in Magna, Utah for about a year, then took a job as manager of an Earl Scheib paint shop for another year. I then quit to pursue my part time job of playing music in whatever local music clubs and venues I could. My musical experience began early with an appearing on the Eugene Jelesnik Talent TV show with ("Little Ringo and the MopTops"). Played and toured in Canada with the ("New Deminsions") and performed behind ("Paul Revere and the Raiders"), and early ("Rolling Stones"). With ("Soul Syndicate"), we shared the stage with the ("Chambers Brothers') at the large Denver Coliseum to a crowd of 10,000 people. With 15 years on the road with the ("New Citations") out of Reno, Nevada, which gained a great reputation when touring top venues and clubs in Canada, we worked and performed with professional artists such as ("Billy Preston"), ("Al Green"), country singer("Mel Tillis"), ("Phillip Bailey and Andrew Woolfolk from "Earth, Wind and Fire"),("Herbie Rich" with "Buddy Miles" and the"Electric Flag Band"), the ("Coasters and the Platters"). Then after coming off the road, started a new group called ("Platinum Plus"), a 9 piece band and we performed with artists like ("Ike and Tina Turner") and the ("Commodores"). A fantastic musical journey I was so fortunate to be a part of. I joined with ("Jimmy Pitman - Guitarist, Singer") from ("Strawberry Alarm Clock"), in Way to Gold Productions, Studio and Concert Promotions which brought me into working with the following people, ("Rip Taylor - Comedian"), ("Eddie Mekka - Actor - Carmine on Lavern & Shirley"), ("Richard Dean Anderson - Actor"), ("Jeff Webber - Actor-General Hospital") and ("Skip Stephenson - Actor - Comedian - Host of Real People"), which was also a very exciting and learned experience. Spent 17 years enjoying a normal life and as a flooring contractor, for 15 of those years I had a store located on State Street. Went back to the University of Utah at 55 and became a Certified Webmaster building computers and managing database's for websites on the internet. Never losing my interest in music, I Presently fill most my days with writing, producing and recording music as well as advising new young artists who are entering the world of music.
