Banks Sr. and Faye Ethel Allen. Married Kathryn LuJan; later divorced. He enjoyed shing with his sons, cabinet making, and wood collecting. He excelled in baseball and bowling and enjoyed regular visits to Wendover, Nev. He loved his work as a police of cer protecting those he loved and those in need. Survived by former wife, Kathryn; children, Larry (Kristy) Amiker, Salt Lake City; Danny James (Su- san) Kinder, Sun Valley, Nev.; Matt (Jackie) Banks, Salt Lake City; LeRoy Banks, Salt Lake City; eight grandchildren; parents, Copperopolis, Calif.; brother, Charles (Bernice) Banks, Salt Lake City; sisters, Arti- emissie Browne, San Jose, Calif.; Lillie (Dave) Jue, Redwood City, Calif.; Althea (Ron) Taylor, San Jose, Calif.; Toshiko (Tony) Jones, Fresno, Calif.
