| About Me | God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy. I love to travel, and come by that honestly - I was born in Cincinnati (to parents who grew up in Wisconsin), and moved around a lot as a kid. We lived just outside of Minneapolis, as well as a short time in Decatur, Illinois (a forgettable town in the middle of corn and soybean country), before settling near Cleveland when I was in the fourth grade. I went to Ohio University in Athens (so far the best time of my life - go Bobcats!) during which time my parents divorced and my mom and sister headed out west to Albuquerque, New Mexico (that is a state in the USA for those of you who were not aware). I was lucky enough to spend a few college breaks out there, and eventually landed my first dream job as a forensic chemist at a lab in Las Cruces, New Mexico after I graduated in 1999.
