Frank was one of those kind guys who would give you his tee shirt and he was a great teammate to a lot of us.God bless

Frank and I often butted heads, but I love this guy. I remember when we were young, walking down the street, and out of nowhere, we would start tackling each other in every neighbor's yard. LOL. They were probably saying, "Those Moseby friends are at it again." Frank is in a good place now. God bless you, and I will see you again one day.

Frank is a one-of-a-kind guy who only comes around once in a lifetime. We always had a lot to say to each other. Every yard we walked by felt like a football field to us. We played one-on-one all the time, and Moe was one of them too. Frank had a piece of all of us.
