Friday Night "Meet & Greet" is in the planning, but will be casual attire. Saturday Night "Reunion" is formal attire, and trying to plan a "Goodbye" breakfast on Sunday morning. Ticket prices are 75.00 for single and 125.00 for couples. This includes dinner, the rental of the convention center, music, etc. There are 10 rooms blocked off at the Double-Tree Hotel in New Bern, and the cost for a double room is 129.00. The cost will be lower if more than 10 rooms are reserved. We need RSVP's and monies ASAP to pay deposits on everything. Hello Everybody! I am hoping to have the final cost and details as to how to pay posted within a month. I have finalized the reservations with The Flame and The Riverfront Convention Center. We have the ballroom and it can hold a lot of people, so please plan to attend. I am also in the process of being able to give you hotel reservation information. I am planning to block off rooms for our class like we did 20 years ago. It is going to be a great time. Please make plans to attend and let us know that you are coming, as that helps me determine the cost.
