THE BARRIERS SOUND • West Chester resident and county of Chester empoloyee; I was born in chester county hospital 36 years ago with that I had problems at birth . • the BAHA implant a hearing aid in the bone behind my ear , this procedure was only one in Chester county,PA • I was born with a cleft plate, malformed jaw, tiny buds for the ears; and had no ear canals and eardrums • I did have normal ininer ear structures and normal "nerve" hearing that was hidered by his 60-decibel "conductive" hearing loss that was caused by lack of conductive appartus - ear canals and ear drums. • the BAHA - bone anchored hearing aid was developed in Sweden 20 years ago and approved by U.S. In 1995. • the Baha work wonderful and it's cool; thanks to Dr. Mauriello • I could " snap" my hearing aid onto a small exposed button hidden in my hairline that allow me to have sound vibration to be conduncted directly through the bone into my ininer ear that providing a much greater clarity of the sound " I can hear things I never heard before" • This device is does not "mess up my hair" and it like have new life ! Because I used to wear a hearing aid head band ! I hope this messge helps other people that might have problem like me ! with this baha I can hook up a wire that can be use I phone or any device it is awsome ! i Am Easy Going ; my life , my time ; Anniversary is Feb 12,2009 never give up on your self if you do shit will beat you down ! accept me who i' am !
