Dear Alumni Member, It’s no to late to register for the 10th Triennial Reunion of the West Charlotte High School National Alumni Association, Inc. will be July 2, 2010 – July 5, 2010. This is an opportunity for all West Charlotte graduates from 1941 through the present to meet and fellowship with their fellow Lions! Registration is $200 per person and $350 per couple if both are West Charlotte graduates. Please fill out the enclosed Registration Form with your information and return to us at the above address. The host hotel is the Embassy Suites; 5400 John Q. Hammonds Dr. NW, Concord, N.C. The hotel reservation number is 1-800-362-2779. Room rates are $129.00 per night, which includes a breakfast buffet during your stay. Please mention the code WCA when calling to make your reservations. The cut-off date for registering for the Reunion is June 2, 2010. The itinerary for our reunion is as follows: Friday, July 2, 2010 Check- in meet and greet/ Hospitality Suites Open; Saturday, July 3, 2010 Morning: Business Meeting; Afternoon: Luncheon; and Evening: Dinner/Dance; Sunday, July 4, 2010 Morning: Praise and Worship; Afternoon: Free Time; and Evening: Banquet, Monday, July 5, 2010, Morning: Check- out; and Afternoon: Fish Fry at West Charlotte High School.
