His funeral service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, September 17, 2022 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, 208 North 13th Street, Morehead City, NC. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park, Newport, N. C. He is survived by his wife, Reverend Marion B. Hill of the home; sons, Clifford Bell, Jr. of Beaufort, Patrick Bell of Fort Gordon, GA; daughters, Alicia Hill of Alamonte, FL, Carmia Frazier of Las Vegas, NV, Karen Martin of Aberdeen, MD; father, William Hill, Sr. of Morehead City; brother, William Hill, Jr. of Hubert, NC; sisters, Alice Hill of Newport, NC, Valerie Everett of Beaufort, Theresa Johnson of Newport, NC, Leisha Tripp of Morehead City, NC; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild.
