About Me	Small town girl who loves to travel outside her comfort zone...former broadcast journalist and government talking head...Currently working in media relations as a corporate spokesperson. I grew up in Trezevant, TN--a small town of about 800 which sits between Memphis and Nashville. I started working in radio right after high school and continued with that until I finished my degree in Broadcast Journalism. Then I worked in TV News doing various jobs from producer to photographer to reporter to anchor. After spending time in TN, KY, MS and AL, I accepted a job which matched my suitcase lifestyle. I started working for FEMA right after Hurricane Katrina. My job was to help reporters get the information they needed for a news story. I currently do the same thing (help reporters get info for a story) but in the retail world for the world's largest employer based in Bentonville, AR.
