About Me	Wellesley High School 1960 After 9th grade in Wellesley Junior High, I continued my education at Belmont Hill, Harvard and Wharton. Between Harvard and Wharton I served in the U.S. Army Infantry and also as a medical aide to Senator Kennedy during his recovery from a broken back. I have guided bird walks for Mass Audubon, New Hampshire Audubon and the Wellesley Conservation Council for many years. I have been a member of the Board of Trustees of Mass Audubon, New England Baptist Hospital, Belmont Hill and the Wellesley Scholarship Foundation and have also been a Youth Hockey coach for many years in Wellesley and Dover/Sherborn. I started the Doug Sands Scholarship Fund which awards financial aid to a Wellesley High School senior pursuing a college science program. Anne Marie has a daughter, Sarah, who graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington with a degree in Molecular Biology and today is pursuing her Masters in Public Health, forensic science, at ...(read more)
