Woman dies after Webster collision Cynthia Castell, 25, of 496 Lakeview Terrace in Webster died at Rochester General Hospital on Sunday of multiple head injuries after a car accident on Friday. Castell was driving her car east on an access road near Route 104 in Webster when a pickup truck, traveling south on Holt Road, ran a red light and hit Castell's car and she was ejected from vehicle police said.
The driver of the truck, Rex Nichols, 27, of Webster, was given a ticket for the traffic light violation, police said. Nichols was not injured
