About	David Siglin, 51, Webster died of natural causes May 14, 2002 at Lake Area Hospital, Webster. Funeral services were May 20, with Pastor Julie Jewel officiating. Burial was in Webster Cemetery. David Merrill Siglin was born May 23, 1950 to Merrill and Joyce (Sydow) Siglin at Peabody Memorial Hospital, Webster. They lived on a farm in Highland Township, Day County south of Webster. He was baptized and confirmed at United Methodist Church, Webster. He attended country school near his home and graduated from Webster High School in 1968. After high school he attended SDSU, Brookings and graduated with a degree in mechanized agriculture. He returned to the family farm where he was a dairy and grain farmer. He raised registered Brown Swiss Cattle. He was a member of United Methodist Church, Webster and SD Brown Swiss Association. He enjoyed restoring and collecting Oliver tractors, full size and toys. Survivors include his mother, Webster; one brother, Kevin and Patty Signlin, Webster; one sister, Linda and John Jorgensen, Meckling; three nephews and one niece. He was proceeded in death by his father.
