Married Jimmy Ray Bell, Three children; Emily, Tom, and Sarah. Graduated from KY Weselyan with a degree in elementary education. Taught at Sebree Elementary, then became full-time employee at Bell's Drugs. Rhonda was very involved in community and church service.
