About	Lived west of Chicago in a small suburban town at time of death, 3-4 years ago.(about 2013-14) I have no other information. I'll try to re-research the little newspaper death notice I found a couple of years ago. Tom was a good friend of mine but we lost contact 50 years ago soon after he married a Chicago girl named Mary.and moved to Atlanta.
