About Me	I worked full time, I married, over a span of 11years had 4 children of which 2 are grown and 2 are still dependant and in college. I owned a Bridal Shoppe for 6 years. And then I changed the direction of my life with my involvement in the field of Health and Wellness in which I am Director and a Global Ambassador. I consulted with Miami University Varsity Synchro Team to improve their sports nutrition at the international level as they represented the US in BudaPest.
