Vietnamese Linguist/Voice Intercept Operator. Stationed with Det 2, 6994th Security Squadron at DaNang AB, RVN (72-73), and at Ubon RTAFB, Thailand (73). Mission was to fly as Radio Operator aboard EC-47 aircraft for surveillance missions over Southeast Asia. Was in Vietnam when the Peace Accord was signed in January 1973.

I served first as a Unit Clerk for the HHC, 1st Bn 156th Armor, attached to the 256th Infantry Bde. (1983-1985). I was promoted to Staff Sergeant and moved to HQ, 156th Armor, as a Personell Staff NCO until I left in 1986.
