About Event
This group was established to bring together the classes of the 1970�s for the Captain JP cruise planned for September 11, 2010. The cruise has been titled �That 70�s Float� in order to attract a group of people from Watervliet who went to school (La Salle, Catholic High, Columbia, Heatley, CBA, Holy Name, Keveny, Vincentian, Shaker, Albany Academy, Emma Williard etc.) in the fabulous 70's. Now that you have found this page you are invited to �Drift Away� with your fellow classmates, friends, teachers (late assignments still being accepted) and guests of the classes of the 1970�s on the Captain JP cruise on September 11, 2010. Boarding will begin at 7 PM. The Capt. JP II departs from Downtown Troy, at the intersection of State & Front Streets, where free parking is provided on all weekends. Please feel free to email your treasured photos (with captions to vliet908@gmail.com) to be included in a continuous loop presentation throughout the evening.
