Events Linda K. Nehls, 77, of Watertown, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Park Ridge in Watertown.



A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with Rev. Carina Schiltz of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Watertown officiating. Relatives and friends may gather at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown on Sunday, July 6, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow the service at the parish cemetery. Hafemeister Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Watertown is serving the family. Online condolences may be left at www.HafemeisterFH.com.



Linda Kay Sobrolske was born on June 14, 1948 to Donald and Gloria (Schlesner) Sobrolske in Watertown. On August 26, 1967 she married Larry Nehls at Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Watertown. She had received her bachelor's degree from Marion College and worked for Job Service in Watertown and later in Jefferson. Linda was a member of Immanuel Ev. Lutheran Church in Watertown and enjoyed traveling, biking, and spending time with her grandchildren.



She is survived by her husband, Larry Nehls of Watertown; three children: Todd Nehls of Reeseville, Trent (Debbie) Nehls of Watertown, Tiera (Anthony) Motto of Hanover Park, IL; grandchildren: Tiffany Nehls, Tabitha Nehls, Connor Rosenmeier, Jonas Motto, Kayla Motto; great-grandchildren: Addison, Chase, Giovanni, Natalie, Noreena; brother, Kevin (Jeanie) Sobrolske of Watertown; as well as other relatives and friends.



Linda was preceded in death by her parents.
