Events	Ms. Victoria Lynn Higgins died Monday, 2 July 2012, at the age of 58 in her home unexpectedly. Vicky was born in Watertown, WI, on June 25, 1954, the second oldest of four children to Mary Ann Hackbarth and the late Warren Hackbarth. She grew up in Watertown, WI, and graduated High School in 1972. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Watertown Memorial Hospital. Vicky went back to school in 1997 and in 2000 obtained her Associates Degree in Nursing. Vicky was a caring and compassionate nurse touching many lives. She worked in various capacitates to include Emergency Room, Restorative Care, Coordinator, and Supervisor. She was a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner for adults and children. Vicky moved to Charlotte in 2004. While she was there she made good friends, traveled the world, volunteered her time and loved life. She was an active member in her community church. She volunteered her time at the Billy Graham Library and local pet shelters. She was involved with Samaritans Purse and traveled to Haiti to provide medical services. She was very proud of what she did and would have donated all her time if she could. Vicky is survived by her two children: Christopher P. Higgins and daughter-in ?law Kristin Higgins of Green Bay, WI. Kimberly M. Highland, son-in law R. Daniel Highland, and grandchildren Gillian and Sean of Wheatland, CA. Also surviving is her sister Holly Brocker of Watertown, WI. She is survived by numerous family and friends in Wisconsin and N. Carolina.
