About Me	I joined the USAF in July 1965, went to school to become a weatherman in Ilinois, first duty station, Stewart Field, the airfield for the USMA, West Point. Then went to Vietnam, 1st Weather Group Hq. Saigon. Came home and got out. Worked on a fine arts degree in Richmond, Va. Joined USMC, Pearl Harbor Day, 1971. Went to the Navy/Marine weather schools in Lakehurst, NJ, then Quantico, then Vietnam again. Followed that in Japan, N.C., Hawaii, California. Retired in 1988. Spent 13 years coaching track and cross-country in Elementary, Jr High, and HS. Am still running 5Ks, working at the Marine gym on base about 30 hours a week.
