All the details are being handled to make our 50th reunion weekend memorable! And I want to introduce the group that's making it all happen. As you can see from the invitation, Alan Hanlin and Steve Matheos are running the lineup for golfers on Friday at Sable Creek. Not too late to get in on a friendly round of fun.
Also on Friday, after the tour of Waterloo Schools (come and see how expansive our humble beginnings are now!), Norm Couts and his wife, Judy will host a relaxing evening at their house, around the bonfire. Layed-back. Bring a chair. We'll have some beer and hotdogs.
Denny Adelman has arranged for a little cruisin' around Portage Lakes. Come for fresh air, glimpse the water foul, and beautiful sightseeing of the homes lining the lake. Well worth driving out and catching a easy sail around the lakes.
Debra Berry Sanders is opening up her beautiful lakehouse for us to enjoy a leisurely gathering on Saturday night. Jeni Huth and Ken are arranging a delicious meal of Bar-b-que and side dishes. (Beer and wine will be available, or byob.) Carol Knapp Darrah is involved with some pictures and items to remind us of in our younger years. Dan Woods adds some good humor and maybe a game or two to get us mingling. P.S. Steve will be our MC for the evening.
They're all full of ideas and ambition to make it all come together. Couldn't do it without them. Make your plans and don't miss this special reunion weekend.
