That would probably be the easiest for venue. Which one though? And I figure a lot of people probably take vacations that time of year more then most so you may run into issues there.

Also maybe start a FB group. A lot easier to use and reach out to people and more likely to get people on board.

K of C hall in Churchtown. What month would you suggest rather than summer? I will begin a Facebook event when as the time nears!!

That's what I figured but making sure with there being a few in the area. And I have no idea. lol I'm sure whenever it is someone will have an issue but maybe not if it's planned early enough that year. I personally would like to see it some time closer to fall I think but whenever it ends up being i'm sure people can plan accordingly with enough notice. :)
